The founder of SOUL, Shruti Shah found herself in a position of utmost curiosity back in the year 2014, when 2 of her students diagnosed with Autism behaved differently and she couldn’t understand why. Getting inspired by the needs of her two students, she changed her path of education. She studied and trained in Special Education from RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India, Delhi ).

After a Diploma, with specialisation in Intellectual Disability, attending several workshops and certifications, she finally began her journey and started her own organisation, SOUL, in July of 2021, based in Vadodara. She believes that these children are the purest souls and are capable of giving unconditional love.
